I’ve been designing furniture, mainly kitchens and bedrooms, since the 1990s: initially in the mass market – MFI, Wickes, B&Q, Homebase, Wren -, and later in the independent, working with German and Austrian brands as well as bespoke furniture.

Over time, I’ve worked with every major UK brand – for better and for worse -, and with a number of Europeans, and with materials from all over the world.

Sales aren’t everything: I have been the highest seller at Britain’s biggest kitchen retailer, and have sold over a million pounds a year, repeatedly; but I’ve also trained and tested design software, managed a number of showrooms, run my own business, built websites, written books – and designed some pretty cool rooms, along the way.

This site is my portfolio. I have a little industry blog at Comparing Kitchens.com.
